APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE d OPERATION PLAN
MANHOLE ON COLLEGE COURT
RESOLUTION #P.C. 153-88
WHEREAS, Resolution #P.C. 178-87 of the Planning Commission
approved the use of a vacant lot in the Tess Corners Industrial
Park on a trial basis, and
WHEREAS, The trial basis was for six months, and
WHEREAS, It is now planned to dump leachate from the
sanitary and landfills.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a permanent building
on the site.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has the option for a
monthly trial extension for continued evaluation.
WHEREAS, No complaints have been filed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
approve the use of the sanitary facility on College Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
review in 6 months or until a complaint has been registered or a
change in the site plan.
