APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WOODBERRY ESTATES
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on August 24,
1988 to create a 25 lot subdivision in Section 8, Town of Norway,
and
WHEREAS, The final plat has been submitted to Racine County
Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat for Woodberry Estates, Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a 25 lot
subdivision in Section 8 Town of Norway subject to the submittal
of the approving and ob.jecting agencies, and submittal of the
application fee.
