APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
TOWN OF WATERFORD
HIDDEN HARBOR
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on August 15,
1988 to create a 54 lot subdivision in Section 12, Town of
Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The final plat has been submitted to Racine County
Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat for Hidden Harbor, Town of Waterford and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a 54 lot
subdivision in Section 12 Town of Waterford subject to the
submittal of the approving and objecting agencies, and submittal
of the application fee.
