APPROVAL OF PLAT
GOLDEN MEADOW AT LAKE TICHIGAN
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on August 15,
1988 to create a 129 lot subdivision in Section 2, Town of
Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The final plat has been submitted to Racine County
Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat for Golden Meadow at Lake Tichigan, Town of
Waterford and recommends approval to the Common Council for a 129
lot subdivision in Section 2 Town of Waterford subject to the
submittal of the approving and objecting agencies, and submittal
of the application fee.
