PROPERTY-FAIRFIELD DRIVE-SW 114 SECTION 12
WHEREAS, There is approximately 17 acres of land still
remaining from the purchase of the Bluhm Farm purchased for the
construction of the sewage treatment plant, and
McShane and Fairfield, and
and
WHEREAS, The city has platted and sold 8 lots abutting
WHEREAS, This land has access by 60' to Fairfield Avenue,
WHEREAS, The aeration pond has been dismantled, and
WHEREAS, The recommended area needed for the lift station
WHEREAS, This site encompasses existing gravel pit that has
WHEREAS, Section 62.23 of the Wisconsin Statutes states
has been removed, and
never been restored, and
that the Council must refer sales of land to the City Planning
Commission for its consideration and report before final action
is taken by the Council.
