WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on August 10,

1988 to create one parcel from the property located on the
side of Raab Drive in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NE

WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted
Racine County Planning Department for approval.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for H & J Baumgart, Town of Waterford
and recommends approval to the Common Council for a one parcel
division of the property located in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and
the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Waterford.
