BFI - TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to use parcel 1 of Certified Survey
Map /I2657 in the NE 1/4 Section 2 at the end of College Court in
Tess Corners Industrial Park for the storage of dumpsters,
trucks, and other equipment used in the waste hauling industry,
and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 178-87 temporary facilities
were provided for six months on a trial basis for the dumping o f
sewerage with the option for a monthly trial extention after the
initial six month period for evaluation, and
WHEREAS, The drainage easements are 130' along the south
end of the lot, a 20' drainage easement between parcel 1 and
parcel 2 along the east side of parcel 1, 30' along the west lot
line and a 30' sewer easement between parcel 1 and parcel 4 on
the north side, and
WHEREAS, This use will not interfere with those easements.
