WHEREAS, The property addressed S73 W16582 Janesville Road
has been used as a residence and a business, and
WHEREAS, There are two separate buildings, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to use the residence as a
business which conforms to this B4 district, and
WHEREAS, No change other than the use will be made to the
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the use of the residence as a business for International Sales
Go., Inc. at S73 W16582 Janesville Road.
