RESOLUTION #P.C. 142-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install a sanitary sewer on the
DeBack property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, The contractors want to use the excess spoil to
fill in a portion of the wetlands.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Tha the Plan Commission approve
the filling of the wetlands.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not usurp
the authority of the DNR and the Corp of Engineers from
prohibiting this area from being filled.
