WILLOW POND
RESOLUTION #P.C. 141-88
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 28,
1988 showing the division of land known as Willow Pond located in
the NW 1/4 of Section 16 and the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, Lions Park Drive bisects the property and is shown
as dedicated to the City, and
WHEREAS, The developers agreement has been approved by the
Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Willow Pond in the NW 1/4 of Section
16 and the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and recommend approval to the
Common Council.
