WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 27,
1988 to create two lots from the property located at 7431 Fries
Lane which is part of government lots 1 ii 3 in fractional Section
8, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Dr. Harold Cook, Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a two lot division
of the property located at 7431 Fries Lane, part of government
lots 1 ii 3 in fractional Section 8, Town of Norway. a
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned
upon receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
