WHEREAS, Kohne Salvage has requested to construct a 60' X
90' accessory building to enclose salvage for security purposes,
and
WHEREAS, This use is a non-conforming use in a resident
district, and
WHEREAS, This building is not to be used for any expans
of the salvage business, and

WHEREAS, This building will be located on 50+ acres and is
far from the view of any neighbors and will not adversely affect
the surrounding area. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 60' X 90' accessory building for the purpose of storage of
merchandise, salvage and recycling which is being conducted on
the site at this time and not to be used as expansion or other
type use.
