FELLOWSHIP - PARKER DRIVE h RACINE AVENUE FROM EA TO EA/OIP
WHEREAS, The City has received a petition to expand the OIP
zoning for 18 acres of land on the southeast corner or Parker
Drive and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The existing Denoon School building has been used
by Praise Fellowship under the existing OIP zone district, and
WHEREAS, It is their desire to expand the property to
construct a worship center seating 500 and to provide for
adequate parking, a recreational area, and an educational
building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone the 18 acres on the
southeast corner of Parker Drive and Racine Avenue from EA to
EAIOIP.
