APPROVAL OF USE
DURHAM HILL SCHOOL - W125 S9791 NORTH CAPE ROAD
WHEREAS, Durham Hill School, W125 S9791 North Cape Road is
located in a B4/0IP zone district, and
WHEREAS, Churches and religious institutions are subject to
Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, The Ambassador Baptist Church is requesting
permission from the Plan Commission to permit the existing
building to be used as a church, and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan will be
submitted to the Plan Commission prior to the occupancy
certificate being issued.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the use of this property located at W125 S9791 North Cape Road
for church purposes subject to the approval of the building, site
and operation plan being submitted and approved.
