RECOMMENDING TO COMMON COUNCIL TO REZONE LAND IN THE NE 114

SECTION 20 FROM RSl TO RSlfOIP
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone
approximately 10 acres of land in the NE 1/4 Section 20 from RS1
to RSl/OIP, and
WHEREAS, This property adjoins a similar 10 acre parcel of
land which was recently recommended for rezoning in Resolution
#P.c. 73-88, and
WHEREAS, This parcel will be used by the Muskego-Norway
School District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone approximately 10 acres
of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 20 from RS1 to RSl/OIP.
