RESOLUTION #P.C. 134-88
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN
KELLEY DOOR SYSTEMS - W183 S8253 RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, A site plan and building construction plans have
been submitted for the construction of a 42' X 80' pole type
storage building, and
district requirements, and
of housing the building materials which are now stored outside on
the site, and
WHEREAS, The building will architecturally match the
existing principal building on the site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan for Kelley Door
Systems to construct a 42' X 80' pole type structure at W183
S8253 Racine Avenue.
allowed unless adequately screened; that the 10' X 80' additional
building will be compatible in color to the existing building;
and that the brick masonry front be compatible to the brick
facade on the existing building and subject to the building
WHEREAS, The location of the building meets the I1 zone
WHEREAS, The storage building will be used for the purpose
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no outside storage will be
0 inspector's approval.
