WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 4' X 8' free
standing sign at W191 S7691 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be constructed of 1/2" plywood
material and will be mounted on two 4' X 8' posts and will be
non-illuminated, and
WHEREAS, The square footage and location meets the zone
district requirements, and
WHEREAS, This property is listed as a conditional use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 4' X 8' free standing sign for Somar Enterprises at W191
S7691 Racine Avenue.
