INSTITUTIONAL PRODUCTS - S80 W18766 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 100' X 198.67'
building at 580 W18766 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, This building will be attached to a similar sized
building by a 75' corridor at the north end of the lot, and
WHEREAS, It appears to conform to the I2 zone district and
the rules and regulations of the industrial park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan to permit the
construction of the 100' X 198.67' building at S80 W18766 Apollo
Drive attached by a 75' corridor.
