SITE h OPERATION PLAN FOR METALS TRANSPORT - DAWS
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 114-88
placed six conditions on the building, site and operation plan
for Metals Transport, Inc., and
WHEREAS, The first condition was that the dustproofing was
to be completed by June 30, 1988 and the second condition was
that a berm be installed with plantings from DNR in a double row
fashion every 12' to be completed by July 30, 1988, and
WHEREAS, A letter dated June 17, 1988 was sent to Mr. Dawes
reminding him of the two items along with their deadlines, and
WHEREAS, On July 5, 1988, a follow up letter was sent
stating that the dustproofing had not been completed by the June
30, 1988 deadline and stating that the bond was in default and a
warning regarding the berm and the July 30, 1988 deadline, and
middle to the end of July and that the berm would be handled by
7, 1988 stating that the dustproofing would be completed by the
BFI with a request for a 90 day extention of time for the berm.
