RESOLUTION #P.C. 129-88
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 11,
1988 to finalize an approximate 37 acre division of land in the
SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29 and
WHEREAS, This division meets the requirements of the EA
district, and
WHEREAS, A perc test has been submitted for a mound system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee,
$200.00 park dedication fee and subject to receipt of all other
fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
the approval of the city engineers.
