PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT PERMIT

RESOLUTION ~P.c. 128-88
received a petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 held
by Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit, and
the asphalt plant, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan operate this gravel pit along with
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, A fee of $500.00 for both permits to defray the
WHEREAS, There is an existing $125,000 bond for the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
cost of administration has been paid, and
restoration.
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval for the renewal of permit for the Conditional Use Grant
operation of the asphalt plant on Crowbar Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That both permits are for a period
