PCR1988127BRCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE MICHAEL HOLLMAN RESOLUTION IP.~. 127-88 WHEREAS, Michael Hollman, W163 57324 Bay Lane has requested permission to construct a 24' x 30' second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for the second garage structure, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2/0PD District, and WHEREAS, Guernsey Meadows has an architectural review board. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve the request of Michael Hollman to construct a 24' x 30' second garage structure at W163 S7324 Bay Lane sub.ject to any conditions placed by the Guernsey Meadow architectural review board.
