PCR1988124APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 124-88
WIZA INDUSTRIES - sa2 ~18762 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 50' X 102' addition
to the first Wiza building approved in Resolution #P.C. 71-79,
and
WHEREAS, A second building was added to the west, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 57-88, a third building has
been approved, and
WHEREAS, The parking has been moved to accomodate all three
buildings with the addition, and
WHEREAS, It appears that the addition will be constructed
with the same architectural appearance as the existing building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan for Wiza Industries
located at S82 W18762 Gemini Drive.
