RESOLUTION ~P.c. 123-88
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 22,
1988 to create three lots for James Coates located on the west
side of North Tichigan Road being a division of Part of Lot 2 in
the SE 1/4 of Fractional Section 11 in the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department and the Town of Waterford for
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for James Coates, Town of Waterford and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a three lot
division located on the west side of North Tichigan Road in the
SE 1/4 of Fractional Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee.
