APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE b OPERATION PLAN JILL'S CLEANERS - S74 W16834 JANESVILLE ROAD
W#EW&, It is proposed to construct an approximate 37' X
14' addition to an existing building at S74 W16834 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition complies with this B4 zone
district, and
WHEREAS, The addition will encompass 575 square feet of
floor area, and
WHEREAS, The off street parking will be expanded to provide
for additional spaces, and
WHEREAS, The addition will be compatible to the existing
building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan for Jill's Cleaners
at 574 W16834 Janesville Road.
