APPROVAL OF SIGN
GLEN OAKS ESTATES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a residential neighborhood
sign located on Lot 3 which fronts on to Field Drive and
WHEREAS, This sign is to be located outside the visual
setback area, and
WHEREAS, The sign appears to be aesthetically acceptable,
and will be inset in stone.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the neighborhood sign for Glen Oaks Estates Subdivision
Plan Commission
