RESOLUTION #P.C. 115-88
KNAPPISTARSAK - BAAS' GROVE ADDITION-NE 114 SECTION 15
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 14,
1988 to finalize a two parcel division of land in the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.C.
53-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
