RESOLUTION #P.C. 114-88
KURBR - COURTLAND LANE - SECTION 12
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 14,
1988 to finalize a two parcel division of land in the SE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section 12 abutting Lake Lore Estates, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.C.
98-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
WHEREAS, These lots were part of a sketch that was
submitted in April, 1987, and
WHEREAS, SEWRPC had reviewed the site for wetlands.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and conditioned upon the
requirements of the city engineers report.
