LOT 18 - WOODCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
w#eRUa%, A certified survey map was submitted on June 14,
1988 to finalize a four parcel redivision of land in the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 16 known as Lot 18 Woodcrest Heights
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution f1P.C.
86-88 and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan was approved
in Resolution f1P.C. 103-88 for six eight-family buildings.
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
