PCR1988112APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-88
FILUT - NW 1 /4 SECTION 10
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 14,
1988 to finalize a two parcel division of land in the SE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section 10 which is a part of Ludwigs Subdivision
on the corner of Hilltop Drive and Bay Lane, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 52-88
approved the sketch and granted a variance for the width
requirement conditioned that the driveway not be located within
60' of the southeast corner of the proposed lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance, approval of the city
engineers, and conditioned upon the driveway restriction being
noted on the certified survey map.
