WERNETTE - SE 114 SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for an eight lot
subdivision adjacent to Freedom Acres Addition 81, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS2 and these lots conform
to the zoning, and
WHEREAS, Restful Lane will be extended with a cul de sac,
and
WHEREAS, The comprehensive plan has shown a parkway to be
extended through this area, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had eliminated a segment of
this parkway when approving the Durhamswood Addition #2
subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the lot layout for this eight lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of
Section 11 adjacent to Freedom Acres Addition #l.
