SALENTINE - NE 114 SECTION 2
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to divide land in the
NE 114 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, This division is dividing parcel 2 of certified
survey map 115213 which was approved by the Plan Commission in
April, 1987, and
WHEREAS, This division will create an outlot that will not
have public access, and
WHEREAS, The staff recommends that outlot 1 be attached to
some abutting property to have access.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of parcel 2 certified survey map 5213 conditioned
that the remnant be reattached to one of the abutting properties.
