VOGEL - NE 114 SECTION 7
RESOLUTION #P.C. 109-88
WEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 13,
1988 to finalize a one parcel division of land in the SW 1/4 of
the NE 114 of Section 7, and
IJHEREAS, The sketch has heen approved in Resolution #P.C.
131 -87, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch, and
WHEREAS, The required perc test has been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
