ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
OSCHMANN - W156 S7783 LADWIG DRIVE
WHEREAS, Dean Oschmann, W156 S7783 Ladwig Drive has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 30' second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Dean Oschmann to construct a 24' x 30' second
garage structure at W156 S7783 Ladwig Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
