RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONING A PORTION OF OUTLOT 5 IN LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDITION I.1 FROM SW TO RSAIOPD
RESOLUTION BP.C. 107-88
WHEREAS, The City has received a petition for amending the
district zoning map for part of Outlot 5 in the Lake Brittany
Estates Addition #1 from SW to RSA/OPD, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held on July 12, 1988, and
WHEREAS, Following that meeting the Plan Commission
deferred action of the rezoning on November 15, 1988, in order
for the applicant to meet with representatives of the DNR to
resolve the issues concerning the fill material deposited on
either side of this wetland rezoning area, and
WHEREAS, The meeting has taken place and the DNR has now
responded favorably in their correspondence of November 30, 1988
to the removal of this wetland designation, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the rezoning of a portion of Outlot 5 in the Lake Brittany
Estates Addition #1 from SW to RSA/OPD.
