MEADOW GREEN WEST-NW 114 SECTION 16
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat has been submitted on May 23,
NW 1/4 Section 16, and
1988 for a 46 lot subdivision known as Meadow Green West in the
40-88, and
WHEREAS, The sketch had been approved in Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Department of Development commented on the
WHEREAS, All objecting agencies have responded, and
marked as "dedicated to the public", and
final plat that the 20' wide pedestrian/bike path should be
archeologists, and
the proposed subdivision be reexamined by qualified
issuance of the required wetland fill permits for lots 17 through 20, and
agency has filed a certification of objection for two reasons: 1)

a portion of the property is located in the wetland; and 2) The
street extention from Kristin Downs development should be
extended into this subdivision along with other recommendations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That based on the above, the Plan
Commission deny and recommend denial to the Common Council or the
and recommendations from the objecting agencies have been
removed.
WHEREAS, The state historical society has recommended that
WHEREAS, SEWRPC has recommended approval subject to the
preliminary plat for Meadow Green West until all the objections
