APPROVAL IN CONCEPT CONDITIONAL USE-MULTI FAMILY UNITS
B4 DISTRICT-DURHAM HILL SCHOOL
WHEREAS, In September, 1982, the City amended the zoning
ordinance to permit multi family use in existing buildings in the
business districts, and
such time as the building, site and operation plans are submitted
and approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The Durham Hill School located at W125 59791 North
Cape Road is in a B4/0IP zone district, and
family units was received on April 27, 1988, and
WHEREAS, A petition to use Durham Hill School for multi-

WHEREAS, At the public hearing it was noted that there is
