PCR1988104(AMENDED) RESOLUTION #P.C. 104-88 APPROVAL IN CONCEPT CONDITIONAL USE-MULTI FAMILY UNITS B4 DISTRICT-DURHAM HILL SCHOOL WHEREAS, In September, 1982, the City amended the zoning ordinance to permit multi family use in existing buildings in the business districts, and such time as the building, site and operation plans are submitted and approved by the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, The Durham Hill School located at W125 59791 North Cape Road is in a B4/0IP zone district, and family units was received on April 27, 1988, and WHEREAS, A petition to use Durham Hill School for multi- WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on June 7, 1988, and WHEREAS, At the public hearing it was noted that there is THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to WHEREAS, To allow multi-family use in concept only until asbestos fiber which must be removed or encapsulated. the professional removal or encapsulating of the asbestos; that plans be submitted to the state for approval; that Waukesha County approve a private sewer system; that the work begins within three months after final approval of all building permits and is to be finished after 18 months; that a financial guarantee operation plan; that the curb and grass area should include shrubbery and that the balance of the blacktop area be completed would be required after review of the building, site and I before occupancy of the last phase.
