APPROVAL OF SIGN
GOLDEN COUNTRY ESTATES
w#ER!MB%, It is proposed to place a residential neighborhood
sign on Golden Drive. and
WHEREAS, This sign is to be located approximately 110' from
the center of Janesville Road and located outside the visual
setback area, and
WHEREAS, The sign appears to be aesthetically acceptable
and will be located within the median of this two lane entrance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the neighborhood sign for Golden Country Estates.
