WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land in the NE h SE 1/4
Section 16, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RSl, and this lot will conform
to the zone district, and
WHEREAS, The sewer assessment has been placed on this
lot. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map.
