KOESTER - W189 S7666 CIRCLE DRIVE
W#EREA%, Alan/Linda Koester, W189 57666 Circle Drive have
requested permission to construct a 12' x 16' second garage
structure on their property, and
WHEREAS, The applicants have submitted construction plans
for the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Alan/Linda Koester to construct a 12' x 16' second
garage structure at W189 S7666 Circle Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
