KELLY DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide an approximately 56,000
foot lot at the end of Kelly Drive, and
WHEREAS, This lot will not abut public sewer, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to have sewer extended through
parcel A in the near future.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map along
with a developers agreement that will extend and improve Kelly
Drive to the south and the sewer and water to be installed in
Kelly Drive.
