4PPROVAL OF SKETCH LAND DIVISION
KURER - COURTLAND LANE
WHEREAS. A sketch has been submitted to divide land in the
NW 1/4 Section 12, and
WHEREAS, This sketch was submitted in April of 1987 for a
twelve (12) lot subdivision that included parcels 1 and 2, and
WHEREAS, SEWRPC had reviewed the site for wetlands, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to amend the sketch to increase
the size of parcel 2, and
WHEREAS, The DNR has also reviewed the wetlands on this
site and has recommended to the City that we rezone the portion
of wetland into the SW zone district and amend our zoning map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended sketch and would be receptive to a certified survey
map for this two parcel division.
