APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STANDS
RESOLUTION ~P.c. 96-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 15' X 15' tent at the
Old Pick h Save Store, S75 W17301 Janesville Road with 8 square
feet of signage, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 15' X 25' tent at Dick's
Farm Market at the cross section of Hwy 36 h Hwy 45 with 8 square
feet of signage, and
WHEREAS, These tents will be used as stands to sell
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, These stands would be in operation from June 10 to
July 8, 1988, and e WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:OO A.M. to
8:OO P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the tents with 8 square feet of signage each to be located at the
Old Pick h Save Store S75 W17301 Janesville Road at the cross
section of Hwy 36 h Hwy 45 under the following conditions:

1. That the tents will not be placed on the right of way
l or in the visual setback area. i
2. That the structures and signs be removed from the above
premises by July 8, 1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the tent cannot protrude
beyond the overhang of Dick's Farm Market.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not usurp
1, the authority of the Common Council in permitting the operation
