APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION

TROEGER - SE 114 SECTION 31
WEREAS, It is proposed to divide 120,000 square feet of
land in the SE 114 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS, This lot has availability to sewers and abuts a
public right of way by 30', and
WHEREAS, This division is in an agricultural zoning
district and conforms in size and area to the district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any further development in
0 this area will require a designated road dedication.
