WEREAS, George Marhefka, W124 S6540 Hawthorne Road has
requested permission to construct a 22' x 14' second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of George Marhefka to construct a 22' x 14' second
garage structure at *address.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
