DURRAMSWOOD ADDITION #2 SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION #P.C. 91-88
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted for a 31 lot
subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A previously submitted preliminary plat for
Durhamswood Addition #2 was approved in Resolution #P.C. 41-88,
and
WHEREAS, The lots conform to the preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, A revised final plat has been submitted in
accordance with the Department of Development recommendations on
June 1 , 1988.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the city engineers approval, $6,200 in lieu of park dedication,
the 1% plan review fee for the cost of the required improvements
and contingent upon the subdividers agreement.
