TGWS - SW 114 SECTION 28
WHERE48, A certified survey map was submitted on May 20,
1988 to finalize a one parcel division of land in the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 28, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.C.
66-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $50.00 submittal fee,
$200 park dedication fee and subject to receipt of all other fees
required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the
approval of the city engineers.
