TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on May 18, 1988
to create a 27 lot subdivision in Section 8, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat has been submitted to Racine
County Planning Department for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat for Norwood Estates, Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a 27 lot
subdivision in Section 8, Town of Norway, subject to the
submittal of the approving and objecting agencies, the ex2eptions
of items placed on the preliminary plat by Racine County Planning
and Development, and submittal of the $52.00 application fee.
