APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
KNUDSEN - NW 114 SECTION 10
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on May 11,
1988 to finalize a redivision of tbe Dairy Queen property located
in the NW 1/4 Section 10 and addressed S73 W16770 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The plat shows access to Janesville Road with a
50' easement, and
WHEREAS, This lot is .76 acres in size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of $200 park dedication fee and
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
