WOODCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to redivide Lot #18 in Woodcrest
Heights Subdivision for the purpose of constructing six eight
family units with detached garages, and
WHEREAS, The building and site plans have been submitted,
and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide the property into four
lots, one large lot having three units with a possible future
division and three other lots having one eight family unit per
lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the redivision of Lot #l8 in Woodcrest Heights Subdivision.
